Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used cosmetic, skincare, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. Please contact us within 7 daysof receiving your order to request an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
